Descripción

Los niveles de satisfacción del alumnado, el PDI y el PAS están valorados en una escala de 1 a 4, en la que 1 implica «nada satisfecho» y 4 «muy satisfecho», y se han obtenido de las encuestas siguientes:

  • Encuesta de satisfacción de los alumnos con su plan de estudios (periodicidad anual).
  • Encuesta de satisfacción y detección de necesidades del PDI (periodicidad anual).
  • Encuesta de satisfacción y detección de necesidades del PAS que ha dado apoyo a los estudios de grado y posgrado (periodicidad bienal).

Sólo se han considerado válidos los datos que cumplen un doble criterio de representatividad: por un lado, alcanzar 4 encuestas contestadas y, por otro, que el número de encuestas contestadas sea igual o superior al 15% de la población
